Special Day

I’m participating in a swap that required us to use the “Tapestry” tutorial from Splitcoaststampers.com. I never have enough birthday cards in my card stash, so I decided to go that route.

The end result is bright, cheery, yet elegant, and this technique was a blast to work with. I really like the fun party hat stamp in the background.

I think this birthday card would be suitable for any number of recipients!

Supplies
Stamps: Hero Arts “Life of the Party” stamp set
Ink: ColorBox Frost White Pigment ink, Distress ink: Iced Spruce, Festive Berries, Walnut Stain
Embellishments: Jillibean Soup “Spotted Owl Soup” cardstock stickers, ribbon from my stash.
